He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Green; his sister Sue Norman; his granddaughter Sadie Faith Green; his cousin Ann Harley (David); and his nephews, Donald Norman (Cindy), Steve Norman (Melanie) and Darryl Howard (Katy).
