He was predeceased by: his parents, William Godfrey Wheeler and Frances Dee Jenkins Wheeler; and his siblings, Dr. William and Donna Black. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his son Joshua C.; and his grandchildren, Bailey (Nick), Oakley, Brody and Sadie Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
