Blackburn in Nicholasville, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Jerry W. Pritchett and Rebecca Anne Settle; her children, Kaylee Marie Spencer of Lexington, KY and Gunner T. Blackburn of Nicholasville, KY; her sister Amy L. Hager (Troy); and her grandmother Shelby Henley of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
