She is survived by: her mother Shirley Napier; her daughters, Chastity Madden (Jackie) of Nicholasville, KY, Heather Oaks of Nicholasville, KY and Crystal Wilson (Michael) of Wilmore, KY; her grandchildren, Stephen Madden, Ariel Florian, Destiny Wilson, Spencer Madden, Tanner Oaks, Raygan Oaks, Shayna Oaks and Axel Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Orion, Madden Beckham Madden, Abigail O'Neal and Ava June Singley.
