He is survived by: his wife Maretta Tarter; his daughters, Kimberly Staton, Jill Keys (Billy) and Jen Hartley (Adam); his brother Garnett Tarter (Sue); his grandchildren, Blair Randall (Doug), Kate Winter (Josh), Taylor Keys and Devin Keys; and his great grandchildren, Jamey Randall, Laural Randall, Paisley Randall, Elijah Randall, Lydia Winter and Alamander Pierce Winter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
