He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Marion Lewis and Lola Almira Lewis (Hockett); his spouse Shirley Ann Lewis (Knisley); and his brothers, Boyd, Bill and Jack.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amanda, Andrew, K'Sandra, David, Elizabeth, Bobbi, Jenny, Daniel, Suzie, Ben, Hannah, Joe, Sam and Sophie; and his brothers, Bob and Don. He is also survived by thirty-one great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clays Mill Baptist Church (165 Nehemiah Way, Nicholasville, KY 40356). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
