Marjorie Katherine Durham Obituary

We announce the death of Marjorie Katherine Durham (Nicholasville, Kentucky), who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 98. Marjorie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Mefford and Eula Newton Mefford; her son Brian Ray Durham; and her siblings, Joseph C. Mefford, Austin Mefford, Irene Mefford Stivers and Polsgrove Mefford.

She is survived by: her daughter Carla Crossfield (Robert) of Lawrenceburg; her daughter-in-law Tammy Durham of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Samuel Crossfield (Melanie) and Brittany Jones (Chris). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren plus her niece and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to a charity of one's choice.
