He was predeceased by : his former life partner Mary Francis. He is survived by : his wife Janice Carroll Garkovich; his sister Lorraine Garkovich (Lori); his daughters, Elizabeth Busker (Christian) of Houston, TX, Jill Brackin (Scottie) of Arlington, TN, Krysten Funk (late Andrew) and Kira Woodard (Isaac) of Houston Texas; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Katherine Elizabeth, Sarah, Hunter, Ruby Ann, Mary Frances and John Laurence.
