He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. Perkins and Ronnie Perkins; and his siblings, Ralph Perkins, Jr. and Michelle Bowman. He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer McElfresh; his son Jeremy Perkins (Ashley); his grandsons, Clayton, Hunter and Liam; and his siblings, Martin (Georgia), John (Brandy) and Stacy (Mark).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home (207 W Oak St, Nicholasville, KY 40356). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
