She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Garrett and Bessie Webb Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her daughters, Pamela Jo Seamands (Matt) and Emily Sue Elder (Mike); her grandchildren, Kayla Seamands, Andrew Seamands, Allie Seamands, Jeni Elder and Madalyn Elder; and her siblings, Jerry Garrett (Bobbye), Tommy Garrett (Joyce), Larry Garrett (Donna), David, Ronnie, Leo and Sharon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
