He was predeceased by: his father Dwayne Kelly; his siblings, Patrica Kelly and Steve Kelly; and his sister-in-law Debra Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Kelly; his children, Russell Kelly of Lexington, Cynthia "Cindi" Perkins (Mark) of Nicholasville and Tiffany Maynard (Bryan) of Lexington; his adoptive son George Jones (Marissa) of Nicholasville; his stepchildren, Austin Bowman of Dry Ridge and Allison McEntire; his daughter Tammy Jones; his significant other Kristina "Kristy" McEntire; his brothers, Larry Kelly (Brenda), Mike Kelly (Kristy) and Richard Kelly (Geneva); and his pet Rueger "Rue". He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
