He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Morris Cuzick of Nicholasville; his children, Cassie Cuzick and Hunter Cuzick; his brothers, Randy Cuzick (Sherry), William (Harold), Berea and Donald (Patrick); his stepchildren, Leanna Tudor and Tabatha Miller; his grandchildren, Kierra Cuzick and Cooper Russell; his stepgrandchildren, Maraiha Osborne, Lisa Osborne, Charlie Steele, Dakota, Abigail, Bobby, Brianna, Timothy and Piper Goforth; and his stepgreat-grandchild Jace Ray-Gene Osborne.
