He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jackie Satterly and Bessie Satterly. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Bush (Sherry) of Harrodsburg and Deborah Satterly Fenwick (Evan) of Harrodsburg; his significant other Kylie Wagner Parkinson of Nicholasville; his son Aiden Neil Bush of Nicholasville; his siblings, Damon Bush of Harrodsburg, Jaron Sallee of Harrodsburg, Jake Sallee of Harrodsburg, Jesse Sallee of Harrodsburg, Jessica Cordray of Danville and Jodie Egner of Harrodsburg; and his grandparents, Michael and Lena Bush. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
