It is with sadness that the passing of Susan Whitt Day of Nicholasville, Kentucky is shared. Susan, born on November 21, 1939 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, passed away on October 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, O. V. Whitt and Lena Belle Whitt; and her sister Judith Ann Whitt. She is survived by: her husband G. C. Day; her children, JeNell Day Azcorra, Robert Vernon Day, Cara Coppola, Willow, Kathryn White and Jennifer Day Graves (Gary Graves); and her nieces, Debbie Hocker (Greg Hocker) and Kim Cloyd.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Southern Hills United Methodist Church (2356 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40503). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
