He was predeceased by: his father Edward Harrison; his brother Nelson Ray Peel; and his grandson Gary Wayne Peel. He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Cobb, Rebecca Maggard and William Franklin Peel, Jr. (Tracy Jean); his grandchildren, Jordan Peel, Kyle Peel (Jennifer), Steven Maggard (Angela), Kim Strode (Rodney), Taylor Hammonds, Ryder Hammonds and Chris Cobb; his great grandchildren, Dawson, Elliott Peel, Alexis, Aalaiyah, Clifford Maggard, Layne and Cody Cobb; his stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Sparks (Josh) and Zack Hammonds; his brother Louis Edward Peel (Darlene); and his sister-in-law Martha Peel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
