He was predeceased by : his father James Wesley Jarrell; his sister Jamie Dawn; and his pet Rufus "Brother Rue". He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Yates Jarrell; his children, Keisha Campbell (Joshua) of Stambaugh, Shabre Jarrell of Salyersville, Wesley Jarrell (Amanda) of Richmond and Briana Jarrell of Ashland, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Kenzie Owens of Brian, Jaxson Fitch, Cali Fitch, Ripley Bellar and Jozie Campbell.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ramey Branch Church (3399 KY-172, Flatgap, KY 41219). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
