She is survived by: her significant other Corbitt Burns; and her siblings, Harold P. VanHorn (Kathy) of Louisa, KY, Harold Eugene VanHorn of Louisa, KY, Iris Burchett (Glen) of Louisa, KY and Rachel Ratcliff (Keith) of Grayson, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
