She is survived by: her daughter Christina Allen of Prestonsburg; her siblings, Azel Eugene Blevins (Denita) of Paintsville, Jerry Lynn Blevins of Inez, Rodney Lee Blevins (Lisa) of Staffordsville, Dane Blevins (Toni) of Van Lear, Bennie Joe Blevins of Thealka, Dottie Oralee King of Meally, Darlena Carol Hitchcock (David J.) of River, Barbara Alice Sexton of Hager Hill, Rusha Ann Fairchild of Paintsville and Shirley Sexton (Johnny Bill) of Paintsville; and her grandchildren, Christopher VanHoose and Broxton Allen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
