She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Vandiver and Fannie Vandiver (Clark) of Nortonville; her former husband Steve Carty; her husband Bill Ramsey; and her siblings, Charles Vandiver, Wesley Vandiver, Irma Patton and June Cartwright.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Whitaker (Teresa) of Gilbertsville and Ryan Whitaker (Kathy) of Graham. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
