He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Allen Combs and Charlotte Beulah Myers (Wallace); and his wife Maria Combs (Villarreal). He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Marie Underwood of Oak Grove, KY; and his siblings, Jerry Thomas Myers of Myrtle Beach, SC, Sherry Jean Keller of Midland, NC and Gina Charlene Chisum of Indian Trail, NC. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
