He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Hale and Ruth Miller Hale (Miller); and his sister Betty Marilyn Hale. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hale; his children, Amy Chandler (David), Heather Boyd (Jason) and Brandon Hale (Hannah); his grandchildren, Abby Thomas (Parker), Chloe Milliken, Hadley Boyd, Annie Boyd, Ruth E. Milliken, Rex Hale and Millie Key; his great grandchild Luke Thomas; and his sister Jane Jones (Larry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to The Foundry Christian Community Center, Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society, and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
