He was predeceased by: his parents, William Randolph and Mattie Herald Watts; his brother Kenneth; his sister-in-law Geneva Watts; and his niece Carolyn Watts Britt.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jim Watts (Gale), Tony Watts (Cindy), Linda Watts and Lisa Watts; and his nephew-in-law Terry Britt. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews, and many cousins and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Martinsville Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
