She was predeceased by : her parents, Buell Emery Lemaster and Allie Pennington Lemaster; her son Bennie Allen Blevins; her siblings, Willis Lemaster, Kenneth Lemaster, Ellis Lemaster, Clyde Lamaster, Darrell Lemaster, Linnie Fowler and Martha Kimbleton; and her grandchildren, James Allen Blevins and Brittany Roxanne Bailey.
She is survived by : her children, Larry Joe Blevins (Grace) of Oil Springs, Billy Wayne Blevins (Paula) of Royalton, Bobby Darrell Blevins (Donna) of Staffordsville, Ballard Buell Blevins (Joann) of Grassy Creek, Keith Allen Blevins (Tonia) of Wellington, Austin Allen Blevins (Adrienne) of Flat Gap, Kentucky, Pamela Sue McCauley (David) of Whitehouse and Mable Ann Bailey (Raymond) of Staffordsville, Kentucky; her siblings, Wallace Lemaster of Plain City, Ohio and Catherine Cantrell of Flat Gap, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Natasha Caldwell, Erica Wireman, Jerrica Jo Blevins, Bobby Darrell Blevins II, Gloria Blevins, Anthony Blevins, Paulina Stambaugh, Brandie Leighann Blevins, Chelsea Olivia Blevins, Joshua Keith Blevins, Kaylie Abigail Blevins, Haylie Elizabeth Blevins, Breanna Marie Blevins, Cody Ray Bailey and Timothy Ray Bailey; her great grandchildren, Landon Walker Blevins, Kalliann Camille Blevins, Magnolia Jayne Blevins and Greyson Pearce Blevins Tackett; and her stepgrandchildren, Tara McGinnis, Rob Chandler, Misty Martin and Travis Gilliam.
