She was predeceased by : her father Emmett Whitely; her husband W. H. Keith; and her siblings, Clifford Whitely, Eva Farris, Laverne Wilson and Mary Ford.

She is survived by : her children, Dwight Keith (Becky), Marsha Bryant (Johnnie) and Marita Keith; her grandchildren, Aaron Burden (Jessica), Andrew Burden (Katie), Alex Burden (Kelly), Jo Beth Embry (Alex), Mary Julia Keith (Ryan) and Wil Keith; her great grandchildren, Edison Embry and Clara Embry; and her siblings, Larry Whitely, Wilma Cummins and Brenda Ford.
