He is survived by: his wife Orpha Monroe; and his children, Sharon Monroe Horn (Odell) of Richmond, Keith Monroe of Dundee, Debbie Monroe Luttrell (Darren) of Beaver Dam, Stephanie Monroe of Jacksonville, Jason Monroe (Amy) of Indianapolis and Christopher Monroe (Kristi) of Beaver Dam, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
