He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Horn and Mary Roberts Horn; his wife Bessie Karol Bryan Horn; his brother Harry Glenn Horn; his grandchildren, Dusty Parker (Kelsey), Ethan Isaacs, Aubree Isaacs, William Horn, Ella Greene, Kenlee Horn, Emma Horn, Elijah "Bean" Green and Roy Horn; his great grandchildren, Easton Parker, Hayden Ritchie and Lainey Parker; his siblings, Joyce Payton, Gary Horn and Beverly Horn; and his grandson Timmy Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Trudy Parker (Tim), Chris Greene, Estill Co, Larry "Buddy" Horn II (Whitney) and Lance Matthew Horn (Hannah); his sisters, Wanda Rhodus, Lexington and Effie Rayburn (Carl); and his granddaughter-in-law Megan Parker-Blevins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336).
