He is survived by: his wife Pricilla Roar Hicks; his children, Wayne Russell (Amy) of Olive Hill, Bobby Russell (Deanna) of Waynesville, Johnny Hicks (Angela) of Mamisburg, Ohio and Amanda Barker (Paul) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; his siblings, Keith Hicks (Gypsy), Helen Hilderbrand of Olive Hill, Debbie Waggoner (Harold) of Ashland, Trish Stevens of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Darla Bromwell of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Brenda Rayburn (Terry) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and his brothers-in-law, Raymond Cervinski and Vernon Fannin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Globe Funeral Chapel (17277 W US. Hwy 60, Olive Hill, KY 41164). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
