She is survived by: her mother Joyce Hamm; her stepfather John Maxwell; her children, Brody Stephens of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Harmony Stephens of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Riley Howerton of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and her siblings, Robert Affolter Jr. of Grayson, Kentucky, Jessica Hamm of Grayson and Carrie Hamm of Olive Hill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Globe Funeral Chapel (17277 W US. Hwy 60, Olive Hill, KY 41164). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
