He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett "Blue" Stamper and Hazel Haney Stamper; and his father-in-law Edward (Venus Biggs Gee). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Gee Stamper; his son Joshua Stamper; and his stepchildren, Dr. Dana Stamper Kerns (Randy) of Olive Hill and Dr. Elizabeth Stamper of Olive Hill.
