He was predeceased by: his parents, Parish Bailey and Geneva Miller Bailey; and his siblings, Dallas Bailey, Larry Dale "Pickle" Bailey and Lana Offill.
He is survived by: his children, Lester Bailey (Sabrina) of Olive Hill, Raymond Bailey (Eula) of Grayson, Kentucky and Amy Middleton (Danny) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amberleigh Middleton, Leannah Fraley and Cameron Bailey; his great grandchildren, Emalee Bailey, Harper Cole, Bennett Bailey, Wrenlee Fraley and Jetson Fraley; his sister Sheila Felty (Roger) of Grayson; his half-sister Patty Parsons of Grayson, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Donald Offill (Kentucky) of Olive Hill.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Globe Funeral Chapel (17277 W US. Hwy 60, Olive Hill, KY 41164). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
