He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Ed" Frazier and Hazel Kiser Frazier; his wife Sharon Leadingham Frazier; his daughter Paula Oney; his siblings, Kenny Frazier, Bud Frazier and Peggy Hignite; and his grandson Michael Bawcum.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Frazier (Regina) of Grayson, Allen Frazier of Grahn, Kentucky, Jamie Frazier (Renee) of Grahn, Kentucky and Rebecca Kidd (Ed) of Elliott County; his son-in-law Jeff Oney of Raceland, Kentucky; his sister Merline Adams (Buck) of Grahn, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Oral Hignite (Kentucky) of Olive Hill. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
