He is survived by: his caregiver Levi McDowell; Brent Stevens, Phillip Stevens and Richard Stevens. He is also survived by his sons; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Globe Funeral Chapel (17277 W US. Hwy 60, Olive Hill, KY 41164). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
