She was predeceased by: her husband Walt Justice; her siblings, Eli Burchett, Ernest Burchett, Mary Haney and Fannie Hensley; and her daughter Marsha.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ernestine B. Rogers of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Martha Burchett of Olive Hill, Kentucky; her stepdaughters, Linda Duncan (Roger) of Greenville, Tennessee and Cathy White of Olive Hill, Kentucky; her grandsons, Shawn Rogers and Adam Burchett (Jennifer); and her great grandchild Lance Rogers of Grayson, Kentucky.
