She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Hartley and Annie Sparks Hartley; and her husband James Staggs. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Staggs of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Joni Staggs of Olive Hill, Kentucky. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, along with many other family and friends.
