He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Binion; and his sister Susie Binion. He is survived by: his mother Margie McGuire Binion; his children, Brandon Binion of Rush, Kentucky, Katelyn Binion of Rush, Kentucky and Alyssa Binion of Rush, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Rylon Binion, Hunter Binion and James Neff; and his sisters, Lisa Wages (Roger) of Grayson and Peggy Ison of Olive Hill.
