Jordan of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Cody Jordan of Olive Hill, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Gunner Jordan, Tayler Jordan, Rooster Jordan and Kameron Jordan; her brother Lloyd Thomas Callihan II (Sandra) of Olive Hill, Kentucky; her nephew Thomas Callihan (Megan); her great-nephew Landon Callihan; her cousins, Steve Nolen (Melody) and Cecil Nolen (Linda); her close friend Tammy Church; and her pet Izz.
