He is survived by: his children, Harley Collins of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Hailey Madden (Keith) of Worthington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Zachariah, Celina, Trinity and Stevie; and his siblings, J. C. Collins of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Tammy Smith (Kentucky) of Hitchens.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Globe Funeral Chapel (17277 W US. Hwy 60, Olive Hill, KY 41164). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
