She was predeceased by: her parents, Shafter King and Vivian King (Adams); her husband Frank; her sons, Donnie and Paul McCarty; and the parent of her child Shafter King.
She is survived by: her children, Larry McCarty and Pamela Hunt; and her siblings, James King, Sharon King, Teresa Goodpaster and Shannon Lafferty. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
