She was predeceased by: her parents, Forester Spurlock and Annie Barger Spurlock; her siblings, Gerald Spurlock, John Spurlock, Forster Spurlock, Jr., Paul Spurlock, Irene Davidson, Sophia Hensley and Mary Hoskins; and her brothers-in-law, Harvey Spurlock, Gary Hensley, Herman Harris, Marion Hensley and Price "P. C." Hoskins.
She is survived by: her husband Jess Bowling of Oneida; her sons, Joey Bowling (April) of Leslie County and Jerry Bowling (Tracy) of Big Creek; her grandchildren, Emily Bowling and Braden Bowling; and her siblings, Lonnie Spurlock (Rita) of Connersville, IN, Larry Spurlock (Nancy) of Connersville, IN, Evelyn Spurlock of Oneida, Joyce Lainhart (Tim) of Connersville, IN, Patty Hensley of Alexandria, KY and Judy Harris of Connersville, IN. She is also survived by friends, nieces, and nephews.
