He is survived by: his son Chris Collett (Christy) of Flemingsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Tessa Hickerson (Josh), Jamey Applegate (Cody) and Christopher Collett; his great grandchildren, Heaven Mary Hickerson, Kristen Paige Hickerson, Alex Jackson and Lauren Napier; and his brothers, Hershel Collett (Sharon) of Pineville, Kentucky. and Luther Collett of Pineville, Kentucky..

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
