He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Neff and Bertha Mitchell; his children, Charles Rodney Neff and Majeana Neff; his stepparents, Marie Neff and Byrd Cain; his stepson Keith Mullins; his siblings, Brenda Bailey and Larry Neff; his grandparents, Charles H. and Peggie Neff; and his daughter-in-law Stacy Neff.
He is survived by: his children, Kaye Mason (Paul), Larry Neff (Von) and Steven Neff. He is also survived by five granddaughters and three grandsons.
