He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clayton and Mary Ruth McIntosh Congleton; and his brother S. Jay Congleton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Congleton; his children, Gena Cox (Owen), Kimberly Congleton (Cherie) and Christopher Congleton (Joey); his grandchildren, Travis Stanley (Leah) and Kayla Stanley (Drew); and his great grandchild Raelynn Stanley. He is also survived by three nieces.
