He was predeceased by: his parents, Dyson Evans and Oda Evans; his wife Jo Ann Evans; his children, Sandy and Adrian Ray Evans, Jr.; and his former wife Marilyn.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Evans, Bonnie Petosa, Linda Green and Kaleina "Karen" Needham. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
