He is survived by: his father Lynn Johnston (Cindy); his fiancée Felicia Shultz; his siblings, Samantha Wingfield, Ashley Stinnett, Joel Harker (Samantha), Nicole Johnston and Jaxon Tate; his grandmother Sandra Blaine; his cousin Scott Devins, Jr.; and his friends, Jessica Raley and Chasity Durbin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
