She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe W. Chappell and Eloise S. Nuckols Chappell; her husband Walter DeHaven Toler; and her brothers, R. W. Chappell and Oscar Chappell.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Toler (Becky) of Lebanon, TN, Susan Warren (Hank) of Owensboro and Sharon Ringham of Fayetteville, GA; her grandchildren, Ashley Warren Howard (Aaron) of Louisville, Andrew Warren (Rebecca) of Brentwood, TN, Katy Hoyos (Santiago) of Peachtree City, GA, Keeley Bass (Matthew) of Cumming, GA, Whitney Shehane (Michael) of Knoxville, TN, Shannon Toler of Bloomington, IL and Shawnell Toler of White Plains; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Hallie Howard, George Warren, Ryan, Ian Hoyos, Stevie, Colt Shehane, Emma Miller and David Hughes.
