She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Cunningham; and her son John Michael Cunningham. She is survived by: her children, Lisa McFarland (Steve) of Owensboro, KY and Paul Cunningham (Donna) of Owensboro, KY; her daughter-in-law Tina Cunningham of Addison, AL.; her grandchildren, Justin McFarland (Lori) of Owensboro, Heather Morris (James) of Utica, Drew Cunningham (Kaitlyn) of Owensboro, Luke Cunningham (Ally) of Owensboro, Lexie Cunningham of Athens, GA and Lauryn Cunningham of Addison, AL.; and her great grandchildren, Conner, Thomas, Knox, Elsie, Deacon, Claire, Libby and Carter.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James H Davis Funeral Home & Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
