She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Phillips and Lorine Tavis Phillips; her daughter-in-law Tonja Simpson; and her brother Doyle Phillips. She is survived by: her husband James Peech; her sons, Bobby Fowler (Amber), Dewayne Simpson, David Cole (Patricia), Ira (Donna) and James Peech (Starr); and her siblings, Randy Phillips (Dana), Keith Phillips (Marie), Glen Thomas (Ellen) and Donna Berry (David). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunnyside Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
