Carolyn left this world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude E. Peay and Frances Wallace Peay; and her siblings, Randall Peay and Hazel Peay. She is survived by: her husband Larry Dillon; her son Kevin Dillon (Jessica); her grandchildren, Summer Dillon, Kelsey Dillon, Hunter Dillon, Paisley Dillon, Kolton Dillon and Kaylee Dillon; her great grandchild Emersyn Dillon; and her sisters, Mary Kellems, Pam Jewell and Norma Outlaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
