It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Anthony Lanham Jr. (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father Charles A. "Doodlebug" Lanham, Sr.; his siblings, Danna Cook (Buddy), Rosie Payne (Jeff), Janet Mills (Wayne), Donna Howard (Donnie) and Brian Lanham; and his nephew Nicholas Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Wendell Foster Center, who helped with God's plan in bringing Charlie Boy home where he could have time, surrounded by his family and friends during his final day.
