He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Steve, Paula Keithley and Patrick Wright; and his uncle Ray Wright. He is survived by: his daughters, Aunnabelle Ann Keithley and Aurora Scott Keithley; the mother of his children Emily Bean; his parents, Steve Keithley and Judy Wright Keithley; his siblings, Elizabeth Keithley and Justin Keithley; his siblings' children, Nathanial Harbin and Liliauna Keithley; and his grandmother Mary Ann Wright.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Mary of the Woods Cemetery (9551 Morgantown Rd, Whitesville, KY 42378).
